    Site Manager - Midrand

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Grade 12
    • Grade A PSIRA registered, Firearm Competency for Business Purposes
    • A tertiary qualification in Security or any related field would be an advantage
    • At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Contract Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Rosters for the site/sites under your control to be handed to the employees no later than the 10th of each month.
    • Report changes of rosters to Roster Clerk and ensure that the changes are made, and new rosters delivered.
    • Maintain discipline in a fair and impartial manner on every site.
    • Site management and attend all serious incidents
    • Supply full statements to the client and Branch Manager
    • compiled and forwarded to the Branch/Ops Manager and the client within 48 hours of the incident occurring..
    • OB to be checked and signed daily, patrol of the site to be conducted.
    • All registers and other documentation to be checked daily.
    • Ensure that Job Descriptions, Risk Assessments and Site Procedure Manuals are in the site file that must be available at the on-site security office/control room.
    • Contract Manager to ensure that casual contracts are approved via email by the client before posting any guards on site.
    • Give immediate attention to client problems and feedback to be supplied to the client and Branch Manager in writing.
    • Feedback to be given to client and Branch manager on all remedial action taken on points raised during client visits.
    • Assist management where needed

    • Proficient in relevant computer applications
    • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
