    What's the role?

    You'll be joining a team running large-scale skills development programmes for some of South Africa's most exciting companies. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Skills Development to implement executive, leadership and shop floor training initiatives, optimise their current delivery, monitor and evaluate progress and report back to clients. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for online training systems improvement, trouble shooting and engaging with LMS service providers to improve processes and service.

    What will you be doing?

    • Review, optimise and consider options for LMS systems improvement

    • Develop, update and oversee skills programme onboarding packs, learner contracts and service level agreements

    • Develop, analyse, and review client and learner progress reports

    • Support the team with system related learner queries

    • Track, monitor and evaluate the performance of programme mentors and trainers against programme objectives

    • Support the implementation of skills programme marketing and communication strategies

    • Understand, update and support programme budgeting and forecasting

    • Support the analysis of existing programme content suitability and suggest options for improvement

    • Planning, scheduling, and delivering annual manufacturing training awards, other learner engagement sessions and workshops related to our skills development programmes

    • Support the implementation of the skills development marketing and communications strategy to ensure effective outcomes, growing learner numbers and high levels of client engagement in programmes

    • Develop relationships with key SETA programmes in strategic sectors and support the delivery of skills development programmes and manage associated compliance related requirements

    Essential Requirements:

    • Degree (Honours preferable) from a leading university.

    • At least 2 years of relevant experience working in online skills development.

    • Strong Excel skills.

     

    Beneficial Requirements:

    • PowerBI experience and skills.

    • Recognised project management qualification, e.g. PMP, Agile, etc.
