    Snr Specialist Ad Technology and Systems

    Purpose of the Position:

    • To Blueprint the system landscape for the organization
    • To implement fit-for-purpose solutions for the organization with a clear understanding of the Business process
    • Identify and improve the technology implications within the organization
    • Consult the technology and data business partners within the organization for alignment across the organization technology strategy
    • Manage IT Service Providers Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Delivery

    Key Performance Objectives

    • Technology & System Implementation
    • Implement fit-for purpose systems & technologies for the organization
    • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes, systems and policies and support implementation of new processes, policies and systems
    • Create business cases for initiatives around system improvement through integration, automations, training, etc.
    • Manage & facilitate end-to-end Software Development Life-Cycle Management (SDLC)
    • Design, research, develop, analyse and suggest new marketing concepts as well as strategies through IT product business cases
    • Create IT blueprints across technology & system for the organization
    • Solution Analysis, Design & Development
    • Scope and project manage the business requirements across cross-functional departments for System implementation
    • Scope, design and plan technical project implementations
    • Design, develop & manage the Data & Report Management systems
    • Manage cross-functional lT programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently, by applying the Scrum Methodology; collaborate with leaders, across various areas, on project allocations and resource planning.
    • Manage delivery of technical projects/programs according to defined expected outcomes
    • Support & Change Management
    • Create and follow the operating model to support all the business-critical systems and applications across the organization by following the guiding principles
    • Implement the Support & Change Management process & tool for the organization, and provide clear mapping to service tools for support
    • Align the IT systems and vision to the Company vision and demonstrate the values through interaction with team and stakeholders
    • Ensure information is provided correctly to stakeholders by maintaining knowledge sharing with team
    • Manage the business change impact across processes, systems and technology
    • Understand the hidden pattern in data and information that supports in system implementation and integration
    • Third Party Management
    • Stakeholder Management across Business and IT partners

    • Service Level Management

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Technology with Project Management background (master’s degree is advantageous)
    • Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Oracle
    • IT Frameworks: ITIL, TOGAF 9 Foundation
    • UML 2.0
    • Programming Languages: C#, ASP.Net, Java, C++, C, Delphi, Visual Basic, VB.Net, RPG-ILE, PERL, HTML.
    • Scripting & Assembly Language
    • SCRUM certified
    • ToGAF certified
    • Project Management Certification

    Experience

    • 8-10 years’ experience in IT Systems Management including Implementation and Support, Project Management across Product Development, Innovation, Analytics, Reporting/BI across business domain
    • 4-5 years relevant experience in handling various business processes pertaining to Technology
    • 2-3 years relevant experience in programme management within technology, enterprise architecture and process re-engineering across people, processes & technology
    • 7-8 years hands-on experience in implementing technology and systems including business requirement management, solution analysis and designing, system implementation/Integration and support
    • Demonstrated delivery of innovative technology solutions (automation/digitization/robotics, etc.) and proven record of implementing solutions on a large scale
    • Great learning and proficient in IT process streamlining, e-commerce, retail and computer applications
    • Knowledge of programming languages
    • Analysing and/or implementing the below (including but not limited to):
