Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging content, including photos, videos, and written posts, to promote our hotels offerings, events, and activities.
Social Media Management: Manage and update the hotels social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others, with regular posts and updates.
Audience Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage with the online community to build relationships and increase brand loyalty.
Monitoring and Analytics: Monitor social media channels for trends and user feedback.
Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal skills in English.
Degree in Digital Marketing/Social Media is advantageous
At least one year experience in equivalent role is required
Highly structured and ability to multi-task is essential
Able to pay attention to detail even under a high pace working environment
Experience in using business manager for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
A creative spirit with an eye for visual aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Enthusiasm for travel, hospitality, and the resort industry is a huge plus!
