• Starbright is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team.
• A minimum relevant experience of three years is required for this position. The successful candidate will be working with a dynamic team, across various disciplines to achieve optimum results for our clients.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies using Social Media.
• NB! Applicant must reside in Pretoria.

Duties & Responsibilities

Social media management:

• Create social media content plans across different social media platforms, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. 
• Design and schedule unique and exciting social media posts 
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies - use social media marketing tools
• Navigate social media marketing tools (Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite and Canva)
• Create, manage and optimise social media paid advertising campaigns
• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies for various clients and their respective platforms
• Communicate strategies and campaign results with clients and internally
• Define important social media KPIs
• A great understanding of social media analytics
• Setting metrics and targets in order to measure results and grow objectives
• Performance tracking and reporting by measuring the success of every paid and organic social media campaign

General:

• Present ideas and feedback to management and clients
• Attend client meetings
• Ad-hoc tasks

Advantages:
