Employee Experience Technology team provides technology solutions to support the Chief Administrative Office, Internal Technology and Global Human Resources Organizations. The key functions performed are master planning, vendor management, business engagement, application design & development, and application life-cycle planning. The CAO Group is responsible for strategic and operational priorities that support our company's eight lines of business.

Job Description

• Analyze, design and develop Java based technical solutions in HR Technology. Responsible for capturing and refining business and/or system requirements (based on specialization)
• Team to refine the requirement into specifications that can be executed by the team. Leverage’s experience and understanding of stakeholder needs to help create a solution, envisions the solution to solve a problem (manual or through software).
• Looking to for a Full Stack Developer, whose primary responsibilities are to analyze, design, implement and test customized archiving services products.
• Ability to design, develop, train, and enhance Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, Python programming, expertise with NLP libraries like spaCy, GPT-2/3.
• Familiarity with linear algebra, regression analysis, data normalization and variation auto encoding.
• Lead the team on a long-term managing the now nascent GHR Tech AI/ML Center of Excellence.
• Minimum of 3+ year’s hands-on experience in developing artificial intelligence applications utilizing Python and related packages.
• As a member of an Agile Team, it will be required to participate in Scrum ceremonies to include daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, product demos, and retrospectives.
• Written and verbal communication skills are very important to ensure all team members are aware of roadblocks and development

Responsibilities

• Gathers & catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
• Maintain internal documentation and standards
• Ensuring Implementation is complete as planned and post implementation review is completed for the required changes
• Ability to partner with development and support teams across different regions.
• Participate in project meeting routines or Risk and Control routines
• Participates in developing specifications such as user stories and designs.
• Ability to articulate and translate high level AI techniques, processes and concerns to our team’s business partners and stakeholders.
• Knowledge on React JS and Java is added advantage.
• Experience in SDLC, Agile, Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery, and change management
