You will:
Scope, define and design solution offerings, driving E2E technical solutions
Support Project/Program Manager and Sales Organization for cost estimations
Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
Manage and develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
Interact with Product customization unit to get the solution in line with customer demand.
Provide feedback to R&D
Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
Be working with Customer Account Technical Solution teams on list of potential activities and solutions
To be successful in the role you must have
Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or Engineering (IT, Telecom).
10+ years of hands-on experience in Telecommunication/IT and mainly provisioning domain
Knowledge in Ericsson Dynamic Activation (EDA) preferably or any other network provisioning system
Strong Linux administration knowledge and Shell scripting. (RHCSA and RHCE certification would be preferred)
Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g. experience from work as an Integration Engineer, Software Developer or Solution Architect
Good communication with social skills and ability to learn new products
Creative thinking and generate innovative ideas during work.
Should have Solid experience in Resource/Efforts estimations for any defined solution
Knowledge on fixed and mobile network architecture.
A qualified candidate is assessed according to the following tracks:
Deep understanding of Ericsson Digital services, Network Management, CS Core, PS Core and OSS portfolio.
Ericsson OSS Product Portfolio knowledge: Ericsson Adaptive Inventory (EAI) expertise and high-level knowledge on ENM, ENIQ, Ericsson Orchestrator (EO), EEA (Ericsson Expert Analytics)
ETOM, TAM, TOGAF, RHEL, AWS knowledge and certifications is preferable
