Solution Sales Specialist: Smart Manufacturing at Altron Bytes Systems Integration

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of 5+ years in sales and will be able to:

• Engage, identify and position / present IT Software solutions / value proposition to clients
• Manage Client Relationships at technical and C-Level Executive typically HR, Finance and IT
• The ability to interlock with and pull together a broader technical sales and service delivery teams to drive sales
• Understand the business drivers that influence customer decisions and build and present financial proposals in support of technical solutions sold
• The ability to find and bring new business / clients
  • The preferred candidate will have an understand and experience in selling solutions in the Smart Manufacturing space – including:
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems and offerings available from key hardware vendors, 
  • An understanding of industrial automation and process control would be advantageous,
  • Knowledge of TrakSYS and Wonderware or in-depth knowledge and experience in selling similar / competitive solutions in the market,
  • General knowledge of the Manufacturing Execution Systems solutions and an understanding of the players in the market

Qualifications: -

• Tertiary Business Degree / Diploma is advantageous together with a track record of sales success in selling Manufacturing Execution Systems.
