    Solutions Partner Team Leader- Automotive Aftermarket (Midrand)

    Job Description

    • Functional, target and disciplinary leader of the Systems, Process & Innovations consultants
    • Responsible for continuous improvement of order-to-cash processes within the region
    • Responsible for monitoring Order-/Return-/Claim Handling performances in region
    • Integration Management of processes between customers ERP and internal processes
    • Responsible for deployment of business standards in the Customer Supply Chain Services
    • Responsible for Logistics Sales Planning and contributes to improve the division`s forecast accuracy
    • Master of Data for customer, account and specific price data; responsible for data quality and compliance
    • O2C Project Management to achieve cross functional integrated solutions
    • Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, Management and Central functions
    • IT Requirements Management for O2C aligned with the division`s global governance role
    • Defining the methodologies and framework for execution of changes
    • Cross Functional Project Management; Alignment, Moderation and Mediation
    • Lead Back Office team to deliver superior service
    • Regional Process Consultant for Africa role alongside current function
    • Drive Digitization and Automation across African region: focus on limiting manual processes within O2C and Logistics environment to within <1%
    • Lead new ERP and related system deployments

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Related studies

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 5-10 years knowledge about supply chain and experience in administrative/technical environment
    • Strong knowledge of ERP and logistic processes
    • Very strong SAP/systems experience at a Technical level preferably.
    • Knowledge of local customer processes and interfaces to Bosch in respective systems
