    Key Accounts Manager-OES & IAM (Brits)

    Job Description

    • Responsible for Bosch, and contract partner’s automotive OES and IAM   product sales.
    • Responsible for all financial sales & pricing for Automotive products.
    • Ensure solid customer profitability.
    • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.
    • Provide customers with up-to-date technical information and advice.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Measure and report sales vs targets.
    • Product costing based on material cost (raw material, processing cost, local and imported components, exchange rates), overheads, logistics, SG & A, profit.
    • Customer quotations and contractual agreements.

    • Extensive travel to maintain customer base and identify new customers.

    Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA (Brits)

    Job Description

    • Support on technical level during Purchasing Project Management. (PPX & PPO).
    • Conduct unplanned supplier visits and LPC (Layered process confirmation).
    • Working in close cooperation with PUR team to perform supply chain risk calculations and crises management as and when required.
    • Purchasing quality assurance (PQA).
    • Purchasing quality and technology (PQT).
    • Driving supplier competitiveness by implementing lean manufacturing principles.
    • Purchasing, quality, strategy, and initiatives (PQS).
    • Support role with PUR for risk management suppliers (RMS).
    • Technical discussion with suppliers during project stages.
    • Facilitate engineering changes (ECR’s).
    • Preventive quality planning including PPAP’s.
    • Responsible for preventive quality: planning, execution, and release (PMQ-10%).
    • Represent quality aspects during sourcing decisions.
    • Responsible to handle all quality incidents from series release to ensure continuous material flow in Plant.
    • Measurement comparisons during PPAP.
    • Responsible for risk orientated Incoming inspection plans.
    • Reimbursement for defect cost caused by Suppliers.
    • Line walks at suppliers after quality incidents.

    Qualifications

    Product Specialist Diesel Fuel Injection (Midrand)

    Job Description

    • Product introduction and end of life planning as input to the business unit
    • Supporting quality sales planning for the region in coordination with regional sales managers
    • Transfer of inputs for product planning (development) to the business unit
    • Deep understanding of the relevant market, customers incl. end-users and competitors for the relevant products
    • Implementation of the regional marketing plan and successful implementation and tracking of all planned measures
    • Develop product specific business, tracking of product specific KPI's and necessary regional resources
    • Develop and execute regional launch concepts for new product / product program (e.g. midterm/long term turnover plan, launch activities, sales concept, stocking proposals)
    • Monitoring of competitive product activities and develop USP for the products
    • Define regional product positioning / tactical pricing (invoice and list price) by distribution channel in line with price harmonization in other regions (Bosch legal entities) and AA/BU guidelines
    • Development and continuous update of a pricing database with focus of profitability, Competitive edge, and actions by competitors
    • Consideration of turnover and gross margin targets (incl. part number reduction) in conjunction with the business unit
    • Development of channel-specific marketing and input to sales strategies in agreement with the BU and sales organisation
    • Visit relevant A-customers and fairs regularly
    • Drive customer acquisition projects (CAP) and support Sales to achieve them
    • Coordination of marketing-budget
    • Responsibility of advertising material (order and usage) in collaboration with communication specialist
    • Support fairs and customer events
    • Support LOP in Demand Planning (Parts availability and Sales forecast) and liquidation of excessive and not moving parts

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION:

    • Matric
    • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related studies (degree would be an added advantage)

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Technical knowledge in Diesel fuel injection systems and parts
    • 3-5 Years in a similar role in Automotive Sectors
    • Analytical background
    • Advanced MS Excel

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Related studies

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 5-10 years knowledge about supply chain and experience in administrative/technical environment
    • Strong knowledge of ERP and logistic processes
    • Very strong SAP/systems experience at a Technical level preferably.
    • Knowledge of local customer processes and interfaces to Bosch in respective systems
