Core Description

• Enable the management of the delivery of BCX’s service providers by proactive reporting of performance and operations. Responsible for operations implementation to improve partner delivery and customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in IT/Engineering or Commerce
• OR NQF 4: Grade 12

Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience in IT environment

Or 

• NQF4 with 7 Years relevant experience in IT environment

Certifications

Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry
