    Specialist: Customer Data Management and Analytics (FLV)

    Full Job Description

    The primary purpose of this function is to deliver on the requirements of the BMW Financial Services SLA with BMW South Africa, which is subject to change from time to time.
    The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:

    • Ongoing Financial Services Voice analysis and steering, including but not limited to monthly reporting and interpretation of results, Financial Services enabler target analysis and liaison with central functions, tools, results and targets, alignment with ACS (After Contact Survey) and FCR (First Call Resolution), ongoing tracking of follow-up calls, etc.
    • Ongoing Financial Services Customer (application and contracted-) demographic information analysis and interpretation.
    • Interpretation and analysis of Financial Services data vs bigger data sets generated by BMW, current customer data, etc.
    • Data migration and ongoing alignment and analytics support for Financial Services campaigns to customers via BMW segmentation and communication tools.
    • Support Financial Services campaign creation and integration with communication tools, ongoing analytics, prospect enrichment and reporting.
    • Support completion of presentations, incl. but not limited to CQC (Customer Quality Committee), when required.
    • Represent Financial Services in Voice of the Dealer question formulation, follow-up and analysis and interpretation.
    • Align with Financial Services Sales and Marketing segmentation and analysis, planning, execution and learnings.
    • Used Car valuation queries, analysis and business intelligence e.g., analysing TransUnion ADG data.
    • Other tasks include
    • The definition of business rules for data management CRM analytics.
    • CoC and custodian of customer data.
    • Defining routines and procedures to measure database health, and responsibility for continuously improving database health.
    • Actively support communication tools with business data rules and campaign segmentation.
    • Development of dashboards in PowerBI and Tableau to support data driven decision making.

    You will ensure overall compliance to ICS (Internal Controls Systems).

    Qualifications:

    • University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or Information Technology.
    • Minimum of at least 2 years experience in Data analysis or statistical experience is essential, with experience in Financial Services required.
    • Automotive industry experience considered highly advantageous.
    • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
    • Microsoft PowerBI.
    • Tableau.
    • My SQL/ Python / R studio.
