    Specialist: Digital Marketing

    Executing the marketing strategy and crafting plans for specific segments/ industries across all digital channels in order to communicate product and business value to the market through paid and direct campaigns, aiming at growing market share, NPS, brand consideration, the customer base and commercial value of the segment(s)/industries.

    Accountabilities:

    General -

    • Understand the customer, market, competitors and segment opportunities. Have a clear understanding of the marketing, sales and product processes aligned to the customer journey.

    Brand -

    • Support and contribute to the development of the overall brand, marketing and communication strategy.

    Communication -

    • Publishing and promotion of the right content on the right channels, at the right time to achieve highest impact and engagement.

    Content -

    • Develop product messaging, FAQs, brochures, data sheets, demos, web site content, case studies, and presentations for XLink solutions.
    • Leverage positioning messaging to develop key product messaging that will resonate with the target market for current and new products.
    • Implement content strategy across digital channels with the support of available content and a content writer. Propose new and improved ideas on inbound marketing campaigns and marketing strategy.
    • Contribute to the development of the content plan to align lead & demand generating activities to foster engagement with our online community to generate interest and demand, along-side generating leads with the broader market.
    • Manage the content repository to ensure all teams are aligned on the GTM approach. 

    PR & Media -

    • Development of the XLink content calendar and implementation across all XLink platforms.
    • Monitoring and Managing social media & online platforms to manage risk of reputational damage. Create a defined process to manage online reputation.

    Experience -

    • Improve customer experience & drive brand consideration across all online platforms.

    Operations -

    • Improve processes to link all marketing activities across the relevant business functional areas. Establish metrics, deliverables and tracking mechanisms in line with targets & report back into the defined template monthly.
    • Budget forecasting, management and tracking for your portfolio activities whilst following the defined process of obtaining approvals in Navision.

    Engagement -

    • Develop and manage platforms associated to brand awareness and acquisition. Research and provide input into targeted marketing methods across all digital channels.

    Promotion -

    • Develop advertising material where required to meet a placement plan suited to the target and objectives of the campaign. Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote XLink’s products and services.

    Platforms -

    • Development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy.
    • Management of all digital platforms (Martech) and implementation of planned and ad-hoc material across all.   
    • Drive traffic to the XLink website by placing promotional content on other digital platforms.
    • Optimize and manage Digital channels and content.
    • Collaboration with 3rd parties where required for specific services. 

    Product -

    • Execute and measure product launch and marketing plan
    • Lead digital product launches to achieve maximum ROI
    • Measure and report on ROI

    Sales -

    • Design and compilation of campaigns to support Revenue Generation and Customer Relationship Building including all communication and newsletters. Optimise the lead-to-customer conversion rate. A/B Testing to measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate consistently. Optimize lead nurturing process and marketing automation through content, social channels and email.
    • Maintain, enhance & drive SEO capability in the business to drive demand and reach.
    • Accountable for implementing the direct go to market strategy.

    Data -

    • Implementation of XLink’s data strategy using available platforms and mechanisms with the objective of generating MQL’s for the sales team.
    • Using Pixels, bring data from online environments back into the business using a defined process and systems available.

    Qualifications:

    • Tertiary Digital Marketing Qualification Degree / 3 Year Diploma or Equivalent Experience

    Experience:

    • 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing practices
