Sr. Program Manager Business Analyst at Amazon

Key Job Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to build and execute initiatives and roadmaps to achieve business goals. This includes both shortand long-term horizons.
• Help define and drive programs road-map.
• Build data structure and reporting process by working through various business parameters, which establish truth in data.
• Understand the business challenges and identify data-driven business insights with effective presentation of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders.
• Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and come up with solutions short and long term
• Design and conduct experiments on the effectiveness and efficiency of different initiatives to improve key output metrics and help shape the long-term strategy.
• Leverage data to increase the efficiency of our programs working closely with the business teams to drive optimization.

Basic Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience with Excel and SQL
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications;

• Master's degree, or MBA in business
• Passionate about data, discovering trends, driving actions through insights.
