Lead the SSA Sourcing organization to ensure optimum procurement of services, indirect sourcing, and local parts in accordance with the business requirement
Manage local sourcing vendor commercial strategy, escalations, work across various stakeholders on key performance metrics
Develop, anchor and execute supply strategies to drive key programs to achieve cost out targets and setting up supplier base, based on market and businesses needs
Ensure usage of preferred supplier contracts in order to maximize results and to comply with the sourcing strategy
Lead the local supply base towards an optimal total cost approach & overall efficiency in delivering long term sustainable profitable growth
Identify localization volume consolidation opportunities across all sites and drive the focus to achieve larger volume of localized supply
Drive close cooperation and alignment with site operational leaders to ensure implementation programs
Collaborate closely with the Regional Parts Leader to ensure that the regional sourcing strategy is fully aligned with the global part supply strategy
Implement sourcing excellence tools to help the sourcing teams to deliver on our commitment of EHS, Quality, compliance and cost efficiency using established lean tools
Report to the regional leader on key initiatives, metrics, savings and give regular updates on overall sourcing strategy
Cooperate with Fossil Operations Parts and ISD sourcing teams
Deploying global sourcing standards, process, best practices
Required Qualifications
Master degree or equivalent from an accredited University or College in Purchasing or Engineering or related Field
Strong knowledge of complex projects
Proven leadership with diverse team
Knowledge of lean methodologies
Minimum 7 years of Sourcing Management or equivalent leadership role
