Store Manager - Cape Town at JAM Clothing SA

Responsibilities:

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
• Risk control and managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
• Ensure that store presentation is according to company standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.

Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12.
• 2 years fashion retail management experience.
• Track record of good stock take results.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Results driven.
• Great customer care experience.
• Exceptional people skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency.
