• Hire Resolve’s Client is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Store Manager to take full ownership of a premium furniture showroom in Somerset West.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store operations to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Drive sales performance by developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, promoting a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to minimize losses and maximize revenue.
• Create and manage store budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Foster a positive and motivating environment for team members through effective leadership and communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and staff.
• Demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets and motivating teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
