    Student Development Practitioner (P9) (Student Affairs Division: Student Life & Governance) (Re-advert)

    Job Purpose:

    • To provide opportunities for an optimal student life experience at a campus and institutional level.

    Responsibilities:

    • To support and manage student organisations with regards to facilitating the annual election of new leaders for student organisations.
    • To provide personal and leadership development opportunities for all students.
    • To initiate, coordinate and organise projects that will contribute to a vibrant UJ student life.
    • To support and manage student organisations.
    • Manage student life projects relevant to all students.

    Minimum requirements

    • A Diploma/Certificate (NQF 6) in Social Development, Psychology, Social Services or related field.
    • Two (2) years managerial experience.
    • One (1) year experience in the higher institution of learning.
    • Three (3) years’ experience in Student Life and Governance.
