    Student Enrolment Agent (Sales_Comm-Based) (East London/DBN Only)

    ENVIRONMENT:

    • YOUR Contact Centre sales experience is wanted to fill the role of a highly ambitious Student Enrolment Agent joining the team of a dynamic Online Learning Platform.
    • You will engage with prospective students through various communication channels and provide comprehensive information on course offerings.
    • This is to not only help prospective students understand the benefits of the programs but also assist them in selecting the most suitable course based on their individual needs and career goals.
    • You will then guide prospective students through the enrolment process, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience. Applicants must reside in East London or Durban, have Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent with 2-3 years Contact Centre sales experience & be proficient in MS Office & CRM software.

    DUTIES:

    • Meet and exceed individual and team enrolment targets, by developing and working leads provided to you with the aim of driving applications and enrolment.
    • Conversion rate – drive conversion by providing prospective students with valuable and useful product-related information to make an informed decision.
    • Answer all product-related questions clearly, and professionally.
    • Timeous accurate data entry and maintenance of database pipelines.
    • Ensure enrolment processes and business rules and policies are always followed.
    • Develop yourself by using the quality assurance assessment and student feedback to grow your skills and abilities.
    • Use opportunities formal and informal to continuously develop yourself.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum qualification of Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Any other Sales related courses would be advantageous.
    • 2 to 3 Years Contact Centre sales experience.
    • Private Education-related experience advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proficiency in CRM software.
