ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is a permanent full-time position.

• As a Supervisor Winder you will be responsible to supervise the safe and efficient execution of Mining Operations.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Supervision of people reporting directly to you in a shaft section, inclusive of time management of employees and discipline in the work place;
• Ensure fatigue management is applied on people;
• Safety concerns is reported and investigated immediately;
• Ensure compliance to all legal requirements as set out by company safe operating procedures.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Must have a minimum of 2 year’s experience in a supervisory capacity;
• Must have shat working experience.

Qualifications for this role are:

• Grade 12 with mathematics;
• A valid underground blasting certificate for Metalliferous Mines;
• Onsetters ticket;
• Valid driver’s license.
