    Supply Chain and Distribution Lead

    Managing daily functions and key objectives of Customer services team as well as integration of key business processes across the supply chain for the purpose of creating value for customers and all stake holders.

    MAIN DUTIES:

    • Manage the customer experience through the facilitation of customer enquiries.
    • Managing daily functions and key objectives of Customer Services team as well as integration of key business processes across the supply chain for the purpose of creating value for customers and all stake holders.
    • Allocating additional roles and responsibilities within the team.
    • Improvements reviewed and suggestions made.
    • Customer Service agents managed and guided to ensure department runs efficiently.
    • Establish environment and foundation for future changes and improvements.
    • Create, implement and maintain a Customer Service Philosophy.
    • Drive conversations and partnerships between internal and external parties to ensure efficient customer service.
    • Effective use of systems and technology to optimise service delivery.
    • Strategically align processes to maximise organisational effectiveness.
    • Analyse customer complaints & communicate feedback to the relevant stakeholders.
    • Collect, organise and maintain customer feedback.

    Requirements

    EDUCATION:

    • Matric/ Grade 12.
    • Public Relations Qualification would be an advantage.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Sales and Marketing experience (advantageous)
    • Exposure to Pharmaceutical Sales
    • 2/3 years customer services experience
    • Computer literate: MS Word, Excel  and BAAN
    • Experience in customer negotiations
    • Exposure & knowledge of local & cross border pharma markets (including policies & processes)
