Section 179(2) of the Constitution empowers the National Prosecuting Authority to institute criminal proceedings on behalf of the State and to carry out any necessary functions incidental to instituting criminal proceedings.

REQUIREMENTS :
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Sound knowledge of the PFMA, Treasury Regulations and supply chain management.
- Able to work extended hours where necessary. Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Computer literacy in Ms Excel, Word (Intermediate) and Outlook. Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Able to work under pressure. Be Reliable, tolerant and determined
