Supply Chain Co-Ordinator at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd

Job Description

The supply chain coordinator will provide support to the HPC Supply Chain Planner in the planning, ordering, and shipping of raw materials, pack materials and finished goods sourced from suppliers and 3rd party manufacturers.

Qualification Requirements    

• Grade 12
• Diploma or degree in supply chain management
• Experience Requirements    
• 3 – 4 years’ experience in planning and customer liasing
• 2-3 years experience working on Excel, Word, and other Microsoft packages

Key Outputs    

• Planning and ordering raw & pack materials from suppliers.
• Planning and ordering Finished Goods from 3rd party manufacturers.
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers and 3rd party manufacturers.
• Plan shipments based on orders placed.
• Track all shipments and deliveries and expedite delivery where necessary.
• Maintain updated records of orders and shipments.
• Provide updates via reports to the management team.
