• Execute Market business planning process - Customer/Channel planning
• Lead Market S&OP with Market Management Team
• Drive Sales fulfillment for all channels, enable new channels
• Execute harmonized Order Management & Customer Service processes
• Deliver on DRM & Cost targets
• Optimize Market network, Simplification/Cost saving programs
• Standardize/consolidate - Order desk, W/H, Distribution etc. (where applicable)
• Drive SKU/portfolio management, other complexity reduction programs

Financial

• Deliver Inventory (FG) & inventory quality targets
• Deliver Operating Cost efficiency

Customer

• Deliver best in class Customer Service. Service as a differentiator
• Increase customer satisfaction by improved quality and delivery

What You’ll Need

Open minded, curious and innovative and aligned with our company values and aims and you bring the following experiences and competencies:

• 6 - 10 years of Strong Supply Chain experience with a proven track record in transforming supply chain operations across market/local geographies.
• 3+ years of relevant S&OP/Demand planning
• In-depth experience in Commercial/business operational roles with experience across e2e value chain delivering reliable and predictable outcomes
• A Bachelor’s degree is required ideally in business administration or engineering or related discipline. An MBA is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferably 2+ years of direct people management
• Understanding commercial/industrial/ consumer markets, customers and services/products
• The ability to design and execute business processes around customer needs
• The ability to execute Supplier collaboration programs
• Communicates strongly & Instills pride
• Building high performing teams
