We’re looking for a like-minded individual to serve as the face of our Support Team. You’ll be our First Responder - the person who our clients turn to when they need guidance or have new ideas they want to see implemented. You’re an out-of-the-box thinker, a good communicator and an innovator. You get a kick out of solving problems and are able to do so meticulously. 

Your New Job

• Overseeing and managing our Support division.
• Collaborating with team members to resolve complex (and simple) support requests.
• Communicating effectively with clients and managing their expectations accordingly.
• Creating simple and sleek documents to be used across the company to explain various features and answer the questions you get asked most often.

• You’ve got a degree and know the ins and outs of computer basics.
• You understand the importance of clear communication and the value it can bring to a company.
