Support Manager: System Development at Clover S.A. Proprietary Limited

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

• Provide systems support to Supply Chain Planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate information technology projects in Supply Chain Planning

• Lead Supply Chain Planning software requirements internal and external
• Assist cross functional teams in what Supply Chain Planning needs to work effectively understand the business processes effected
• Understand Supply Chain Planning data requirements and how it is working operationally and functionally
• Manage time effectively and working pro-actively on deadlin

Implement and maintain new software e.g. upgrades and technology in Supply Chain Planning

• Act as the Supply Chain Planning ambassador for all new software related projects
• Advise business processes and timings related to all software implementations and upgrades that is due
• Maintain adequate business process and risk management for all software upgrades in Supply Chain Planning environment
• Understand all aspects of Supply Chain Planning masters, and the integration between the different systems
• Oversee data warehouse knowledge base
• Coordinate business process understanding and how it reflects in all systems (System must mirror business activities)

Conduct training for the Supply Chain Planning Staff

• Lead Supply Chain Planning team to greatness and ensure all staff is trained on all Supply Chain Planning systems and processes
• Ensure staff has the correct user rights to system and mitigate risks with staffs leaving and or joining Supply Chain Planning regarding access to data and systems
• Audit staff competence levels in all Supply Chain Planning system processes and ensure gaps are filled with mentoring and learning activities

Provide guidance, support and problem solving to Supply Chain Planning staff and management

• Ensure all staff understand Supply Chain Planning masters and what is the interaction between different master setups
• Assist staff and management with reports where applicable
• Assist with bulk master setups where applicable and ensure all rules are met on all data tables, validations and interfaces
• Promote a work smarter culture in Supply Chain Planning systems
• Ensure the data feed from all Clover systems relevant to Supply Planning is available and correct for Supply Planning requirements
• Data integration from and to other Clover systems is balanced and correctly supplied in all relevant formats
• Understand where data and business processes is overlapping and the importance of accuracy to meet a stable and effective supply chain
• Partner with the broader Human Resources Team

Participate in Business related meetings

• Act as a Supply Chain Planning ambassador for inter-departmental meetings
• Ensure that the best practices regarding data and system integrity is met always
• Ask relevant questions, discuss and implement where applicable

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree
• Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
• Experience in working with senior management
• Professional registration
• Business English: Fluent
• Computer literacy (Advanced)
