Syspro Specialist - JHB at Amrod

MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (BCom).
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in the front and back end of Syspro.
• 5 to 10 years’ experience working in a support environment on the Syspro systems, preferably from the FMCG industry.
• Very good Microsoft SQL skills
• Computer literacy, including MS Office with proficiency in Excel.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREA

• Conduct regular Syspro system audits and workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
• Train and support end-users in utilizing Syspro effectively, providing ongoing technical assistance.
• Work closely with the IT team and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement upgrades.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging Syspro technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• To log and liaise closely with the IT department on outstanding service tickets.
• Create and maintain multiple SQL reports used by the Finance Department.
