Key responsibilities:
Resolve calls logged by users for queries, errors and other problems experienced on the system.
System functionality testing
Ensure that all Enterprise System Module daily checks are performed so information is up-to-date and daily processing by end users can continue.
Log all issues received from internal clients on Service Now.
Keep all call tickets updated as work progresses each day
Report trending issues to Technical lead.
Identify root cause on Business-Critical Application issues.
