Evaluating Hardware and Software: Assessing current systems and recommending improvements.
Consulting with Stakeholders: Advising on IT solutions for business requirements
System Design: Assist in designing system architecture and interfaces to meet business requirements
System Testing and Quality Assurance: Regularly testing systems to ensure they function correctly.
User Training and Support: Training users on new systems and providing ongoing support.
Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation and enhancement of business applications.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-deployment issues.
Documentation: Writing instruction manuals and documenting system interfaces.
Collaboration: Working with IT teams and developers to implement new systems and features.

Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in system development, with a focus on digitalization and process improvement.
Minimum of 1 – 3 years in gathering business requirements for system implementations
Basic understanding of business processes in Finance, IT, and HR
Technical knowledge of software development, business information systems, and programming languages
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
Proficiency in extracting, analyzing, and reporting data from various systems. Experience with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for creating detailed reports and visualizations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams )
