Objectives of Role

• Evaluating Hardware and Software: Assessing current systems and recommending improvements.
• Consulting with Stakeholders: Advising on IT solutions for business requirements
• System Design: Assist in designing system architecture and interfaces to meet business requirements
• System Testing and Quality Assurance: Regularly testing systems to ensure they function correctly.
• User Training and Support: Training users on new systems and providing ongoing support.
• Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation and enhancement of business applications.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-deployment issues.
• Documentation: Writing instruction manuals and documenting system interfaces.
• Collaboration: Working with IT teams and developers to implement new systems and features.
• All employees in Shared Services are individually and collectively responsible for customer excellence and will be measured in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in system development, with a focus on digitalization and process improvement.
• Minimum of 1 – 3 years in gathering business requirements for system implementations
• Basic understanding of business processes in Finance, IT, and HR
• Technical knowledge of software development, business information systems, and programming languages
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
• Proficiency in extracting, analyzing, and reporting data from various systems. Experience with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for creating detailed reports and visualizations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams )
