Systems Integration Specialist at Gap Infrastructure Corporation - GIC

General Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between applications and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to integration and hosting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration needs and propose solutions.
• Support AI-ready infrastructure design and implementation.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of integrated systems.
• Monitor performance of integrated systems and address any inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integrations, configurations, and procedures.
• Train IT staff and end-users on system usage and best practices.
• Research and adopt emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years in systems integration, software development, or related roles.
• Proficiency in integration tools and platforms (e.g., APIs, middleware, scripting).
• Strong understanding of hosting and computing infrastructure.
• Knowledge of network configurations, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex integrations across diverse platforms.
