    Systems Operations Centre Administrator

    Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

    • Adding, amending and decommissioning drivers and vehicles.
    • Creating and supporting dealer/client report subscriptions.
    • Managing Email to Cases in Salesforce and Zendesk queues.
    • Ensuring that QC’s are processed on arrival.
    • Adding, amending, decommissioning user accounts.
    • Supporting data integrity initiatives for selected databases.
    • Manage the driver and vehicle amendments for the Petrom account.
    • First level application support.
    • Supporting amendments to peripheral devices.
    • Ensures the 6 hour priority cases are resolved 100% within SLA.
    • Ensures the 24 hour priority cases are resolved 100% within SLA.
    • Quality Control (QC) sheets are processed as they arrive.

     
    A successful candidate will have:

    • 2-3 years’ experience in helpdesk / customer support role (preferred shift experience).
    • Demonstrated solid IT background and knowledge.
    • Strong MS Office skills and ability to produce professional technical documentation and reports as required.
    • Experience in providing support on custom/proprietary software applications (i.e. not standard windows /office applications).
    • Attention to detail, systematic approach to problem solving.
    • Professional attitude and behaviour, customer focused.
    • Ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues.
    • Self-motivated, dynamic and able to work independently and in a team.
    • Autonomous
    • Excellent time management skills in order to meet deadlines in a multi-task environment.
    • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

    The individual will possess the following:

    • Own transport
    • Excellent written and spoken English language
    • A passion for technology, efficiency and service excellence.
    • Attention to detail, analytical and logical troubleshooting skills.
    • A good understanding of Information and Communication Technologies
    • A Formal technical qualification or completed course in the ICT field (A+, N+, MSCE etc.)
    • 2 - 3 years’ experience in a customer centric IT environment.
    • Experience with Microsoft Windows servers and services.
    • Experience in dealing with Product Development teams (Software, Firmware, Hardware) would be advantageous
