Systems Support Administrator

- Experience 2 - 5 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnoses and resolve application system and hardware related problems.
- Maintain and monitor the performance of application systems and operating systems against business requirements.
- Co-ordinates system change management in ILembe District Municipality.
- Conducts user support and training on effective utilisation of application systems and associated IT equipment.
- Conducts backup & restores procedures for operating system.
- Prepares and submits a monthly report to immediate supervisor or relevant structures.
- Performs any tasks as may be directed by an official having authority to do so.
Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Grade 12
- National Diploma in Information Technology.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Administrator (MCSA) as an added advantage.
- 2-5 years’ experience in supporting Financial Management Systems (FMS) or Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system.
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
