Sleep away from home when required by the National Technical Advisor.
Work with the Sales team to build and grow the business.
Create new innovative products from existing products.
Perform under pressure during shows, presentations, and store openings.
Calculate costings with technical advisors.
Apply skills by putting recipes together using baker percentage.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Grade 12 is compulsory.
Driver’s License is not essential for this position but required in future for promotions within the Technical Department.
Experience: Minimum of Two (2) years required as a Junior Baker from Chipkins Puratos Bakery School; must be a Matriculated individual and selected by the School Principal to participate in a Yes Programme.
Languages: English is a prerequisite; additional language(s) an advantage.
Computer literacy: Office computer (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) will be an advantage.
Other expertise: Business & result driven, strong presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, team player, creative, innovative.
