    Talent Acquisition Coordinator

    Job Description

    • Responsible for all areas of technical and professional recruiting including strategy, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
    • Learn and follow our proven recruiting process designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
    • Build and/or strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
    • Participate in a highly collaborative team environment by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation in an applicant tracking system or other documentation tools.
    • Evaluate candidate strengths against position requirements to include cultural fit within the business.
    • Provide top notch customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and any other stakeholders.
    • Continually establish and maintain a recruiting talent pipeline to fill open positions.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education

    • Degree educated

    Experience

    • Experience gained in role such as Tech Recruiter, Recruiter, Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Partner or similar
    • Experience of working in an in-house recruitment / talent acquisition function, with a focus on tech roles. Additional experience in an agency environment is also advantageous.

    Knowledge

    • Strong working knowledge of direct sourcing and innovative talent attraction solutions
    • High levels of technical understanding

    • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
    • Ability to provide a high touch service while managing a high volume of applications/ recruitments
    • Strong emotional intelligence

    • Self-directed and strong problem solving skills - able to join the dots and use your initiative
    • A strong to desire to always add value
