The Job:

• Becoming quickly immersed into the culture and business needs
• Partnering closely with leadership and owning all aspects of the recruitment process: defining jobs and specs, sourcing, screening, running the recruiting process, negotiating and closing
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
• Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the growth of the team and the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including research of best practices in interviewing techniques, and leveraging internal sources of talent
• Use LinkedIn primarily, as well as other available job portals, to identify suitable candidates for vacant positions.
• Maintaining a high level of industry awareness, understanding the landscape to keep tabs on emerging and transitioning businesses, industry news, competitive analysis, etc.
