The role is responsible for the development of talent acquisition initiatives as part of the centre of excellence’s strategic operating plan, as well as the management of Talent Acquisition specific process and practices to ensure best practices in the acquisition discipline.

Manage and drive Talent Acquisition Pipelines for Critical and Scarce Skill Roles
Talent and Recruitment Optimization of People and Process
Psychometric assessment management
Talent Reporting and Analytics
Develop relationships and manage Service Level Agreements with stakeholders
Onboarding of all new employees
Ad-hoc Projects
