    Talent & Organisation (T&O)/Human Potential Consultant

    The Work:

    • Design and roll out talent & organisation strategies
    • Assist clients to harness the benefits of rapid changes in digital technologies and minimise the effect on their workforce
    • Work with clients to spot the future relevant skills for their workforce to remain sustainable and adaptable in changing environments
    • Help clients build agile organisations that will succeed in continuous transformation 
    • Conduct workforce planning using analysis that considers disruptive technology and adaptive sourcing strategies 
    • Help Accenture with business development including proposals and client relationships  
    • Build our T&O practice by helping with developing Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, people development and knowledge management 

    Qualifications

    Here's What You Need:

    • A minimum of 3 years of combined experience in at least 3 or more of the following areas:

      • CEO Led Workforce Transformation
      • Change Enablement (Management)
      • Leadership and Culture Transformation
      • Organisation Strategy and Design
      • Talent Strategy and Development
      • HR Transformation and Delivery
    • You have experience working for a top-tier Consulting firm would be an advantage
    • A Bachelor’s Degree
