The key Purpose of the role is to lead, support and develop the Engineering technical team to proactively maintain the utilities equipment and site infrastructure so that reliability and effectiveness of the Site and Utilities is maximized and losses and risk are minimized and manage external contractor to ensure safety, quality and reliability of work performed in utilities and site.
Key Duties & Responsibilities 

• Monitored and controlled equipment and process (syrup room, water treatment plant, CO2 facilities, refrigeration, Effluent plant, boiler house, air compressors, Water Reticulation, Electrical reticulation, site, )
• Planned and ensured equipment is maintained

Skills, Experience & Education

 Qualifications & Experience :

• Qualified Artisan (N6) and/or 3 year relevant tertiary education
• 3-5 years technical and leadership experience in a FMCG environment
• Experience in high and low pressure compressors, ammonia refrigeration and boilers.
• Qualified assessor advantageous.
