    Talent Resourcer

    Purpose of the Job

    • The purpose of this position is to assess the organization’s staffing needs, manage an end-to-end recruitment process and drive our employee value proposition initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure we bring in the best talent matching the job requirements.
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition manager and hiring managers to identify company staffing needs and plan accordingly
    • Manage the talent acquisition processes across, in line with our strategies, enabling operational efficiencies in recruitment delivery
    • Work closely with the TA manager, HRBP and hiring managers to address key recruitment challenges and work towards new solutions and recruitment initiatives such as open-days and in-house job fairs.
    • Ensure our brand presence across multiple professional networking websites to attract the best talent.
    • Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening ,  interviews, and assessments to ensure we bring in the best talent matching the job requirements.
    • Create new talent acquisition tools  to ensure the candidate is assessed efficiently in line with the position’s specific requirements.
    • Participate in multiple job fairs to develop our brand presence and employee value proposition in the market.
    • Pay close attention to trends to be able to help forecast both the quarterly and annual hiring needs.
    • Create long lasting relationships and maintain a high level of candidate experience with both potential candidates and previous applicants to keep them warm for any vacancies that might come up in the future.

    Minimum requirements

    • Minimum 2-5 years of recruiting experience working in an in-house or agency.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Excellent English skills both written and oral skills.
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Advanced MS Office skills
    • Must have experience with online sourcing platforms i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter

    • Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders in the recruitment process.
    • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring that all recruitment activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Problem Solving: Demonstrating effective problem-solving skills to identify and overcome challenges in the recruitment process, such as sourcing difficulties, candidate selection, or time constraints.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure that all recruitment processes comply with company policies, legislation, and regulations.
    • Diversity and Inclusion: Understanding the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and developing recruitment strategies that promote equal opportunities for all candidates.
    • Sourcing and assessment: Ability to identify and attract suitable candidates through various channels and assessing candidates by means of screening, interviews and background checks
    • Culture Matching: Ability to identify, assess and match the culture fit of the candidate for the organisation
