We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our Early Childhood Development (ECD) program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development.
The teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in children ages 3-5 years old
Create a safe and supportive classroom environment where children can explore, play, and learn
Provide individualized attention and support to students to help them reach their full potential
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to share information about children's progress and development
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded educational experience for all students
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications:
NQF Level 5
Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting
Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
