Team Assistant / Receptionist (GERMAN SPEAKING) at Redheads Engineering Solutions (Pty) Ltd

Receptionist:

• greeting guests
• answering phones and screening calls
• taking and typing minutes of the Ops meeting
• creating files as and when requested
• managing boardroom appointments for the company
• maintaining the reception and coffee station area
• providing general support tthe team

CV Writer:

• Assist the team in crafting professional resumes that highlight their skills, experiences, and achievements.
• Gathering information from the recruiters, writing and editing CVs, and tailoring them tspecific job roles.

Database Cleaner:

• ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our databases
• identifying and correcting data entry errors, removing duplicate records, and updating outdated information.

DSP Alumni Coordination:

• Collect contact data of DSP Alumni
• Assist with administrative tasks for the DSP Alumni project
• Document administration:
• Assist with the creation and finalization of documents required for project administration
