Team Leader, Branch - Dutywa, Richardson Road

Job Description
- To manage and develop a team and all other available resources (people, process and systems) within the branch to entrench a strong client-focused culture that will enable high-quality service to all customers.
Qualifications
- Diploma (NQF6 FAIS recognized qualification)
Critical Experience Requirements:
- Client Coverage: Extensive experience in Personal and Private Banking sectors is imperative.
- Duration: A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is non-negotiable.
- Regulatory Compliance: Possession of pertinent FAIS qualification is essential.
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in branch banking or contact centre environments is crucial.
