Team Leader– Inbound at MAN Automotive (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd

Description

• Ensure proper filing of inbound documentation.
• Provide feedback timeously.
• Record quantities and stock received in ESA system.
• Monitor the performance of the team.
• Perform quality checks, report and reject damaged stock.
• Lead by example and assist with training and coaching.
• Liaise with other departments.
• Improve core processes/ interfaces within and outside of area of responsibility.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.

Skills:

• Product knowledge of MAN and Volkswagen Trucks and Buses genuine parts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Working knowledge of local and MAN group systems.
• Material Handling Equipment license.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem Solving Skills.
• Target Driven.
• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work with little supervision.

Experience:

• Experience in warehouse operations, ideally within the automotive industry - 5 years.
