Manage all the activities of the bin audit and stock take process ensuring accuracy and escalate any issues.
Manage and monitor relevant safety regulations and occupational health and safety compliance and report any incidents and accidents.
Monitor and report on own and team's transactional activities to provide timely information for decision making in area of accountability.
Monitor shelf life parts and follow the M process accordingly.
Perform spot checks on the binning process.
Plan, coordinate and deliver own and team activities to ensure that agreed standards and operational objectives are met.
Provide advice and support to internal and external stakeholders on parts, products and accessories to maximise profits and to ensure client satisfaction.
Support the parts manager to ensure parts, products and accessories are available on time to customers.
FINANCE
Control stock holding and stock demand management in compliance with standard operating procedures.
Coordinate and monitor daily work activities within the team environment in order to prevent financial losses.

Deliver services and/or products that create a culture which aims to meet or exceed customers' expectations in the business.
Coordinate team activities to meet and exceed customer expectations.
