As a UX/UI Team Lead your role will be focused on contributing to the overarching strategy that shapes holistic client experiences by synthesizing multi-stakeholder input and leading a team of UX and UI specialists.
You will either manage the end-to-end delivery of user interfaces, ensuring alignment with product strategies and design standards, or provide technical leadership in the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive design system. This involves overseeing the entire process, from conceptualization to execution and continuous refinement, to deliver cohesive and user-centric design solutions.
Our ideal candidate has:
7+ years of experience in either UX OR UI
2-4+ years in a Team Lead position
Working with Figma, FigJam, and Miro
Has a product focus
Financial Services sector background
Experience in leading multiple projects from beginning to end.
Proven experience in designing and leading user research strategies, interviews, surveys, and usability studies, and translating findings into UX requirements.
Experience in translating feature requirements into visual designs across platforms.
