    Team Member: Help Desk & Self Service Terminal (Cape Town) X2

    Job Purpose: 

    • To provide guidance and assistance to clients visiting the customer service centres and to resolve queries.

    Key performance areas:

    • To provide guidance and assistance to customers visiting the service centre;
    • To make input into operating policies, procedures and guidelines;
    • To receive and resolve customer queries;
    • To report on performance and identify and escalate performance constraints and any risks;

    Requirements

    Required minimum education/training:

    • Matric or equivalent

    Required minimum work experience:

    • Entry level: 1-2 years of clerical experience in Private Sector or Government Service; 1 year experience in aspects of companies, co-operatives, close corporations or IP law administration
    • Intermediate level: 2-5 years of clerical experience in Private Sector or Government Service; 3 years experience in aspects of companies, co-operatives, close corporations or IP law administration
    • Senior level: 5-10 years of clerical experience in Private Sector or Government Service; 5 years experience in aspects of companies, co-operatives, close corporations or IP law administration
