Technical Clerk - Johannesburg at Unitrans

Job Advert Summary    

• Our Bapotrans Depot in the North West - Bapong - requires a technical clerk to manage the computerised maintenance system, control the tyre and stores administration , assist in preparation of monthly reports. The technical administrator must be able to perform his/her generic duties relating to the company code of coduct, policies and procedures as well as perform duties requested from management.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12,
• Must be computer literate: MS Word and Excel,
• Must be figure orientated,
• Experience in an administration environment, preferably workshops/stores experience,
• Must have knowledge of parts for vehicles,
• Must be willing to assist when required within the business unit,

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Manage the computerized maintenance system,
• Control and maintain the tyre and  stores administration,
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports,
• Assist in monthly stock take process,
