    Technical Support Associate

    About the job
    SolarMD specialises in Lithium-Ion battery storage for residential, commercial and utility scale applications. We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to join our team and provide top-notch technical support to our customers.

    • Provide technical support to SolarMD's customers via tickets, phone, and chat channels.
    • Work with the SolarMD Portal to assist customers with Support.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SolarMD's products and services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
    • Document and track customer issues and resolutions in SolarMD's Ticket System.
    • Assist with testing and quality assurance of new products and software releases and Provide

    Feedback.

    • Contribute to SolarMD's knowledge base by creating and updating support articles and documentation when required.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Report to management on performance.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in Renewable Energy, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, web browsers, and other common

    software applications.

    • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear and concise solutions to customers.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
