To step into this role, you will need:

• a National Diploma in Biomedical Technology or a Bachelor of Health Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences
• HPCSA registration as a Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist in Immunology.
• These qualifications ensure you are equipped to lead with both credibility and capability in a specialized and evolving field. We are looking for someone who brings 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Technologist in an Immunology laboratory. Your practical insights and familiarity with laboratory operations will allow you to connect meaningfully with trainees and translate complex concepts into real-world applications.

Skills Requirements

You will need to communicate fluently in English, use numerical reasoning to support training content, and be comfortable with digital tools that enhance learning.
