The position is a full-time role based in Sandton, requiring the development, maintenance, and updating of technical documentation for business processes, software applications, and technical procedures.
You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and accessible. A strong grasp of business processes, along with business analysis skills, will be advantageous.
You will have proven experience in technical writing, with expertise in documenting complex business processes.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, as well as familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and content management systems (CMS).
You should possess strong technical writing and editing skills, and the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly. Attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and strong time management skills are also critical.
